Excited to share our newest project, the 131 unit Moxy Hotel at South Yard - Fayetteville, Arkansas. Yesterday marked a significant milestone for the South Yard development with a celebration of the groundbreaking for the Moxy Hotel, a collaboration between Specialized Real Estate Group (SREG) and Beechwood Pinnacle Hotels. This event signifies the commencement of construction on a project that promises to infuse the Fayetteville area with vibrancy, innovation, and economic growth. The 7-story, 131-room hotel will feature an industrial chic design and array of amenities aimed at modern travelers, embodying the playful spirit of the Moxy brand by Marriott.
