The Route 1 Rover Pet Carrier provides a spacious main compartment for your up to 20-pound furry friend. The rigid construction and solid base panel provides a safe environment for your pet.
Permanently open smaller side mesh vents always allow fresh airflow into the carrier. Just like the rest of the Route 1 luggage line, the Rover Pet Carrier uses Nelson Rigg’s proprietary UltraMax® fabric for maximum UV protection against fading and discoloring and comes with a Lifetime Warranty. To keep your pet safe inside while riding, an attached adjustable leash allows the pet to be secure yet move freely. While on the open road, the Rover mounts to tour trunk racks, sissy bars or seats using quick release and self-fastening straps.
At arriving to your destination, the lid and the wide front panel have two-stage openings to allow easy access to your pet or have more fresh air with the mesh openings and pet porch off the front. The base also has a soft padded removable panel for pet comfort and easy cleaning. There are 2 side pockets for storing pet essentials and Integrated top carry handle and side handles make it easy to transport on/off the bike.
