Custom Extruded Plastic Profiles
NCS distributes custom plastic extrusions from a variety of materials such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), and other plastics. Manufactured to various Mil-Spec and ASTM standards, the extrusions we distribute are used in the construction, transportation, window, automotive, electrical, and general industrial markets and more.
We regularly extrude a range of profiles, tubing, rods, and other custom shapes. Plastic extrusions distributed are up to 8” in width and in lengths of 30 feet or longer. Flexible shapes are often coiled onto reels and shipped to customers as reel stock.
NCS also provides co-extruded materials of different durometers and different materials that are co-extruded into the same part. Co-extrusions are used extensively in window and construction applications.
