Many of my clients are individuals who have experienced trauma. This may manifest in anxiety, depression, or PTSD. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidenced-based treatment that is both efficient and effective. My practice offers 1-3 day intensives.
When we work together, your needs are the focal point. I follow your pace. I know it can take time to build trust and work on a deep level with another. You will discover that your answers reside within you, and I help shine a light on what you already know. We will work together to excavate these answers so you can build the life you desire.
