Sydney Swans legend Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin has listed Rose Bay home amid confusion as to where he and wife Jesinta are headed next.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom garden residence is in the luxury designer complex, The Carlisle, in Carlisle St.
It’s listed with a $5m-$5.5m guide via Paul Biller of Biller Property.
With Franklin having recently re-signed for another year with the Swans, he and his wife, Seafolly swimwear ambassador Jesinta Franklin, are known to have been looking for a larger home for young children Tullulah and Rocky.
They‘ve inspected a $10m eastern suburbs family home recently, but sources say they’re now looking in Queensland.

They’d bought the Rose Bay residence, designed by MHND Union, for $5m off-the-plan in late 2020, having sold their previous home, a semi around the corner, for $3.8m.
Franklin’s favourite room in the residence is believed to be the cinema room, the re-purposed guest room.
That and the landscaped garden, which has a dining patio and level lawn.
There is yet to be an open home, but Biller confirmed he’d taken a couple of buyers through over the weekend.
“It’s a great apartment — approximately 200sqm internal including a cinema room, plus a 200sqm garden on title,” Biller said.
Other highlights of the property are the opulent master suite with dressing room and a marble ensuite.
The marble kitchen offers a breakfast bar and bespoke joinery; there are Herringbone timber floors; floor-to-ceiling glass and ducted airconditioning.
