History
I have owned the car for around 5 years, originally purchased as a spares/donor vehicle. The car has had a couple of different engine combo's including a turbo charged single cam 4.0ltr with a large cam and a custom made twin 64mm throttle body inlet manifold. The current engine combo is an N/A FG Barra which has proved to be extremely reliable whilst providing a good power increase over standard.
Modifications
FG 195kw N/A Barra engine running through a J3 chipped EF XR6 ecu.
Sub frame modification to suit BA/BF sump.
Custom forward facing plenum.
Custom extractors with 3" collector and 3" high flow cat convertor with 2 and half inch exhaust.
2800rpm high stall convertor, 2nd and 3rd shift solenoids modified for full pressure shifts.
BA/BF XR8 Bonnet bulge moulded to EL bonnet.
XR6 leather wrapped steering wheel.
Interior re dyed from Grey on Grey to Black and Burgandy.
Sony Head Deck with 6 speakers, amplifier and 2x6' subs and 1x10' subwoofer.
Closed door re spray with custom white with white and blue pearl mix.
Pedders shocks and spring combination.
Either 20'x8.5' AMG wheels with 225x30 tyres (show) or 18'x8' Speedy wheels(everyday combo).
