General cargo containership PACIFIC ADVENTURER at the Hamilton wharves in Brisbane 13 Mar 2009 following the loss of 31 of its 50 deck containers overboard during cyclonic weather off Brisbane on 11 Mar. The vessel suffered hull damage releasing tons of oil causing serious pollution of nearby coastline.
