Miss Piggy in Vivienne Westwood couture – stylewatch

Miss Piggy's fashion prowess is well documented – she has done her time as a fashion editor, complete with Anna Wintour bob and Chanel suit. In the latest movie, Muppets Most Wanted, she puts all other members of the gang in the style shade (that even includes Sweetums, who is a bit like a Shrimps coat come to life), and she looks fabulous IRL too. At last night's MMW premiere, she wore Vivienne Westwood – couture, no less – a pro's red-carpet choice, worn by the likes of Lily Allen and, of course, Pharrell Williams via his many hats. Teamed with cascading blonde curls, white gloves, glittering diamonds and trademark snout, she's the picture of muppet chic 2014. One question – isn't green Kermit's colour?
