Man City transfer news: Yaya Toure’s agent Dimitry Seluk reveals midfielder won’t leave Citizens in January

MANCHESTER CITY star Yaya Toure will NOT be leaving the club in January, according to the midfielder's agent Dimitry Seluk.
The Citizens ace is a peripheral figure at the Etihad this season under Pep Guardiola, and has just six months left on his current deal.
But Seluk has claimed that a move away from City in the winter transfer window will not be happening due to Toure's desire to win a third Premier League title.
While the former Barcelona man has also enjoyed helping out the club's youth players after falling down the pecking order.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Seluk said: "Everything is good at Man City. He will 100 per cent stay at City in January.
"He wants to be a three-time champion of the Premier League, but he is also enjoying using his experience to help the young players at the club.
"During the Leicester Carabao Cup game, he had more appearances for City than all of the other starting players."
Toure has featured in just eight matches in all competitions this campaign, and has been restricted to just three substitute appearances in the top-flight.

The 34-year-old confirmed on Boxing Day that he has come out of international retirement, citing a hunger to win another trophy with Ivory Coast.
Taking to Twitter, he said: "I love my country and am available for national team selection.

Toure was an integral part of the Elephants squad that won the African Cup of Nations in 2015.
