Hosts of the annual Jacaranda Festival, Applecross Village is the first place to look when in search of these purple beauties. The surrounding streets turn into lavender dreamscapes every season, so you can pretty much head off in any direction. If you need to chuck a pin on the map, though, Nisbet Rd is a good spot to start. Once you’re all walked out slide into a seat with a view at Nic and Kolo and take it all in or pick up some picnic goods from The Good Grocer and throw a rug down by the river.
Hyde Park

Hyde Park is pretty any time of the year, but especially when the jacarandas are blossoming. Do a couple of laps, then roll out a picnic blanket and enjoy some hummus toast and coffee from Chu Bakery across the road.
The Avenues

Walk along any of the Avenues (from Sixth to Tenth) in Inglewood and you’ll spot a purple haze of jacarandas. Then make your day even sweeter by stopping by Sugar & Nice for some cinnamon scrolls.

The Jacarandas are so pretty in Subiaco that they’ve even named a street after them. Old Jacaranda Way is a tiny street off Salvado Road where you’ll find the beauties blooming in spring. But walk along any of Subiaco’s pretty streets and you’re bound to see a spot of purple along the treetops.
Marlborough Street
East Perth
It’s a small street, but boy does it turn into a purple wonderland in jacaranda season. Here’s where you’ll find Instagram gold. Once you’re done snapping away you can take a stroll over the train tracks at East Perth and down to the banks of the Swan River for another pretty vista.
Leake Street
North Perth
After brekky or Lunch at The Old Laundry, take a walk in the direction of Leake Street, where you can snap a pretty incredible pic of a jacaranda-lined street with Perth city in the background.
