McGangBang - McMeh
I read about the McGangBang. I wanted to try one and I thought I better have one before I McDie'z from the McChina Virus.
McGangBang
McDouble + Spicy McChicken. Open the McDouble between the patties and put the Spicy McChicken in and close ti back up again.
Review: "Why did I eat this" meh
I think Ill skip the McGangRape (Double Cheeseburger split with a McChicken and an apple pie)

It tastes slightly less disgusting if you remove at least one of the buns from the spicy chicken.

It doesn’t have to be a spicy mcchicken. Can be a regular mcchicken.
Also, take the bun off the mcchicken, and put it between the two patties.
Then try it.

Yup regular McChicken and don't use the bread LOL
When they had mozzarella sticks in their dollar menu I'd buy that and a plain hamburger (cheaper than a cheeseburger), top the burger with the sticks and marinara dipping sauce and boom "Italian cheeseburger"

I believe the original Mcgangbang has Big Mac sauce in the middle. You took that dry my friend.

When I was in high school, I went to Burger King one evening. The next day at school, I'll just say that I'm terribly sorry to the janitor.

While I am familiar with this McConcept... I haven't actually tried one, but I can agree with the removal of the center buns.
I am however familiar with a similar arrangement using the McDouble x2
The 2 for $3 deal is a good start, and combine said budget burgers for a beefy treat. Both bottom buns are discarded in favor of the top buns to preserve McCondiments... and for health reasons? Reduce some carbohydrate intake lol, at least that is what I tell myself to feel better about it.

How about the McHemorrhoid?
A McRib inside a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese?

Gentlemen,
Thank you for your contributions. I’m working on a better “artery plugger” and I will post about it soon.

You are most welcome.
I think the most concerning thing about my sandwich is there is no longer a right side up.

You sir have crossed a line with that one.
Since we are on the topic of crossing the proverbial line... Did you know they stopped giving the peanut packet with the hot fudge Sunday? What type of McFeckery is that?

Ever have poutine? Similar thing, fries with gravy and cheese, poutine uses cheese curds and disco is usually mozz or cheddar....and perhaps bacon.
*adds bacon, cheddar cheese, and pork roll to grocery list*
