After having repeated problems with a product, Adult shop bent over backwards each time to rectify the problem. Always very fast responses to questions via email. Cannot fault my experience.

The item did not work, I went to the shop in Rockingham an hour after I received it and the told me it was nothing to do with them , and basically fcuk off.
Very disappointed

Considering I placed my order on a Sunday night. I received an email first thing Monday morning saying they received my order and that they would organise shipping straight away.
Communication on my delivery was up to date and right on time. I received my parcel two days later. Thank you so much for your quick delivery.

Bought a vibrator same brand as I always buy but the vibrator was so small I could remove the wax out if my ear with it it was much smaller as described in description. Asked if I could exchange my mini vibrator for a normal sized one they told me no!! The package was unopened they took$280 off me for a mini machine that was not as described what bad bad customer service don’t buy anything these people will take your money and not care

The dimensions of the product you purchased are clearly listed on our website (both length and width) and are 100% correct as per the manufacturers specifications. We advise strongly to be sure before placing an order with us, as we must adhere to strict health regulations when accepting returned goods, as we CANNOT and DO NOT on-sell returned items to other customers.
You advertise on the website deliveries will be in "plain packaging, No mention of the Adultshop".
This was not the case, every Email I received had Adult Shop in the title or first line & the package when arrived had "From - AdultShop".
Please get this sorted.
