ENGLISH INSTRUCTION

Ingredient

* Bread

* Shrimp Fritter Flour (any type of fritter flour you like)

* Egg

* Chili Sauce (any type of sauce can be use)

* Tiara Cooking Oil


How to 

1. Wash eggs thoroughly.

2. Break and put the eggs in a bowl.

3. Put the shrimp fritter flour into another bowl.

4. Add water to shrimp flour and mix well.

5.Mix eggs throughly.

6. Mix the eggs that have been mixed into the shrimp flour.

7. Pour bread into bowl containing shrimp flour and eggs.

8. Add cooking oil and heat up.

9. Slowly roll the egg into the pan.

10. Cook and turn it over to the side so that it is enough to cook both side.

11. Serve and Eat.

Bahan-bahan 

* Roti 

* Tepung Cucur Udang (boleh gunakan tepung perisa lain)

* Telur

* Sos Cili (boleh gunakan sos lain)

* Minyak Masak Tiara


Cara Membuat

1. Basuh telur sehingga bersih.

2. Pecahkan dan masukkan telur ke dalam mangkuk.

3. Masukkan tepung cucur udang ke dalam mangkuk lain.

4. Masukkan air kedalam tepung cucur udang dan gaulkan sehingga sebati.

5. Gaulkan telur sehingga sebati.

6. Campurkan telur yang telah digaul tadi ke dalam tepung cucur udang.

7. Celupkan roti ke dalam mangkuk berisi tepung cucur udang dan telur. 

8. Masukkan minyak masak dan panaskan.

9. Masukkan secara perlahan-lahan roti cucur telur ke dalam kuali.

10. Masak dan pusingkan pada bahagian sebelah agar ia cukup masak kedua-dua belah roti.

11. Hidangkan dan makan.
