Nobody knows yet how David Tennant's 10th Doctor Who will meet his doom before regenerating into Matt Smith, but it's clear The Master, the hero's archenemy, will play a role in the demise.
John Simm, the latest actor to play The Doctor's rival Time Lord, was spotted on the set of the upcoming year-end Who special. Tennant's swan song will cover two episodes -- the Christmas special and the concluding episode a week later on New Year's Day.
Following this Easter's "Planet of the Dead," one additional special episode will bridge the gap to the big doings this Christmas.
