The stage is an engineering marvel, comprising over 1,500 video tiles, 1,000 lamps, 230 speakers and subs, 30 lasers, 48 fountains, and 15 waterfall pumps, as detailed in the press release. It took a dedicated team 50 days to construct the grand spectacle, and throughout the festival, 60 performers will grace the stage, contributing to the immersive experience. However, it's equally impressive that the entire dismantling process will be accomplished in just 13 days.

Staying true to the festival's annual tradition, Tomorrowland's main stage for the 2023 edition, named ‘Ascendo’, has been entirely crafted in-house, as emphasized in the press release. From the inception of the idea through mood boards and concept drawings to detailed 3D modeling and graphical assets, the creative team behind Tomorrowland has poured their passion and expertise into shaping this magical stage.
