Joshua Jackson responds to wife Jodie Turner-Smith’s divorce filing

One month after Jodie Turner-Smith filed for divorce from Joshua Jackson, the actor has responded.

In his Wednesday filing, obtained by Page Six, the “Dawson’s Creek” alum agreed with his estranged wife’s previous request for joint legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Juno.

Jackson also saw eye-to-eye with the “Queen & Slim” star, 37, when it came to the reason for their surprise split, citing “irreconcilable differences” as Turner-Smith did in her October filing.

Jackson didn’t, however, agree with the model on their date of separation, which he listed as Sept. 30 instead of Sept. 13, according to The Blast.

Page Six has reached out to reps for Jackson and Turner-Smith for comment but has yet to hear back.

The pair previously sparked breakup rumors in 2022, making headlines that September for not following each other on Instagram — but continued to gush about each other afterward.
