1976 HOLDEN TORANA LX SS 308 4 SPEED MANUAL HATCHBACK
Presenting in white with black interior trim, this LX SS Hatchback was originally Mint Julip in colour, but received a colour change some years ago. Originally a 253ci LX SS, it has been replaced with a strong 308ci (5.0Lt) V8 engine.
The current 308ci engine produced when new 161Kw and 400Nm of power and torque, delivered to the rear wheels via a 4 speed manual gearbox. Performance at the time was claimed at 0-100kph in 7.8 secs and a top speed near 205kph. A genuine muscle car from the 70’s with all the looks and sounds of the cars we were used to seeing the late Peter Brock in around Bathurst.
Currently Historically registered in South Australia, it would be eligible for similar schemes in most states, making on road costs minimal.
