Hollyoaks airs Joel Dexter bombshell family twist
Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Wednesday's episode on Channel 4 streaming, which will air on E4 tomorrow.
Hollyoaks has aired a big bombshell for Joel Dexter, as viewed learned who mysterious new character Abe is.
Tonight's (February 14) streaming episode began with Joel and Cleo McQueen waking up together outside on a bench, and she asked him if he wanted to get back together. He said he'd need the day to decide, but promised she would have an answer.

With Warren Fox not around, Joel turned to Norma Crow for advice on if he should choose Cleo or Leela Lomax.
Norma told him that the answer was easy, asking him: "What life do you want? A family, or the one that got away?"
He then turned up to Leela's 12-week scan. Despite being late, the mood was joyous as Joel saw his baby. Leela suggested that if the baby turns out to be a girl, they could call it Ella.
Meanwhile, Cleo met up with Abe Fielding, her other, quite sinister, love interest who followed her to the village, and told him that she didn't think they were going to work out. He demanded to know why, but wasn't happy with her.

Later, Joel got down on one knee and popped the question to Leela in the village... as a devastated Cleo watched on.
Abe decided to throw a spanner into the works by announcing to everyone that he knew about Joel's conversation with Cleo and had a photo of the two together on the bench on his phone.
When Leela asked who he's meant to be, Abe made the revelation that he is none other than Joel's little brother.
Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
