The cart came in perfect condition. Even got the flag and pole. One wheel is really out of balance. Going to put a couple of miles on it and balance it. No big deal. One spring on the shocks has less tension. I noticed the adjustment collar was Tighter than the other one. Got the thing waxed and bearings checked for lube. Tomorrow I will take it for a test run and balance the tires. The box didn’t even have any holes in it.

Cool windmill from a great seller. The quality was so much better then I had expected for the price. So much so that I'm thinking about buying another, from this seller, for the back yard. Item was exactly as described and packaged very well for shipping. I'm 80% done putting together, so we'll see how long it lasts when I get it in the yard.
