No refunds or returns accepted. If an item arrives damaged, it is up to the customer to make sure that it is called to my attention immediately, so that I can file a claims process and ship a replacement. If no replacement is available, the customer will be refunded the full purchase price.

Darling Art by Valeri ships worldwide. Items will ship via either First Class USPS or Priority United States Postal Service, according to shipping costs and weight. Due to the completely handcrafted nature of my products, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and handling. *Please note, due to the fact that my items are handcrafted large, multiple item orders may take a few days to fill. Please note **once the tracking number of the package states that it has been delivered, I am no longer responsible for the package. USPS will not allow the seller to file a claim once a package has been scanned as delivered. Once a package is scanned as delivered, the customer is responsible for contacting the post office and filing a mail theft claim**
