Just a quick question,I am considering this or similar seat, does the seat sit you lower or the same height as stock?

That's a trick question...
You lose the up & down adjustment so they sit about in the middle setting of stock. I am fairly tall (6'1") so I like them as low as possible, but they are ok. You can delete the adaptor brackets and just screw the rails directly to the floor. This will drop them another 2 inches.

Nice Seats. I was looking at getting these as well. I picked myself up a custom Recaro seat instead. I'm waiting on the rails to arrive (should be this week). Once I get it installed, I'll post some photos.

Question: What did you do to prevent the airbag light from coming on? Did your stock seats have heating? If so, what did you do about that?

Thanks techguru,
You can defeat the airbag warning light by adding a circuit to the plugs.

No, you do not lose forward and aft adjustability by bolting the rails to the floor. Just height.
