The self-portrait saw a nude Robbie laying in bed with a plug socket where his manhood should be.

Underneath, he wrote: "I've had a few things done."

He then expanded on the apparent inspiration behind the picture in a caption.

He said: "One time I had a few things done, Botox, fillers and something done to my chin that made me look like Desperate Dan.
Perhaps 5 years ago .

"Nothing since then. It was when I was on the Graham Norton Show
with Justin Timberlake, Daniel Radcliffe and Anna Kendrick.
*You know- the castle hand job one .

I have to say. I looked good… To be honest I would of done it again if it didn't hurt so much .

"It felt like someone had battered me in a Wetherspoons...

"Anyway I probably will do something again… Who knows… I might not."

Some fans claimed they'd noticed the change to his look in that specific interview.

One wrote: "I knew it. Somethings always off about that interview and it's the fact your face doesn't move. If it makes you happy great but I love the lil lines that make up faces. Grow old with us!"

Another said: "Robert Peter Williams, that is unnecessary."

A third posted: "Oh we can say NO??? Without feeling bad about it? Cool... NO, NO Robert don't do it!!!!!!"

Earlier this week we revealed the former Take That star is currently battling to chop down yet another tree at his £17million London mansion, but not everyone is happy about it.

Robbie insists his foundations are being rocked by the giant tree in his garden – and he wants to take an axe to it before it falls on someone.

Last month he was branded a “vandal” for asking to fell other trees.

And now another unhappy person has objected to his plans.

In a letter of objection to his local council they wrote: “Hello, I wish to object very strongly to this application.

“Mr Williams has already been granted permission to chop down several trees at his property and now another seems likely to fall victim to his wishes. How many more does he wish to eradicate from his property?

“Trees are our friends and not our enemies. We must love them - and not to take an axe to them.”

Robbie’s tree is subject to a Tree Preservation Order and cannot be removed without permission.
