Today, Saturday May 27, supermodel Miranda Kerr married Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel. This was the second wedding for Kerr, and the first nuptials for Spiegel.
The wedding took place at the couple's home in Brentwood, California. Reportedly, it was an intimate late-afternoon ceremony with approximately 50 guests in attendance. The bride and groom were both emotional as they shared their vows during the ceremony, which lasted around 20 minutes. Kerr's six-year-old son Flynn, whose father is actor Orlando Bloom, appeared to be excited throughout the evening.
Kerr, who became engaged to Spiegel last July, first shared her happy news on Snapchat, naturally. Kerr posted an image of her engagement ring, with a custom Snapchat filter depicting the proposal. The former Victoria's Secret Angel later shared the adorable cartoon-covered photograph on her Instagram account as well.
As for her big day today, there's no doubt that the Aussie model was as radiant as ever. Kerr is, after all, something of a beauty expert, as her sound advice and skin-care line, Kora Organics, both testify. Just earlier this month, Kerr shared with us her Met Gala beauty-prep routine. Practice, perhaps, for the last Saturday in May. In any case, congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Spiegel!
