Bottle Beach Halstow Creek, Lower Halstow, River Medway, Kent, England, UK.More information:
This beach is situated by an old Victorian brick factory. Apparently, the Thames barges would take the bricks to London, and rather than return empty would pick up a load of waste products and dump them on the beach. The beach is still contaminated with the remains of bricks, slag, antique bottles and earthenware, etc, which attract Beachcombers and bottle collectors. The wreck in the distance is an abandoned old wooden Thames barge, rotting in the mud.
