The photo was taken by a Chemical Warfare Service Photographer on April 2, 1919, and it is numbered 54819. Eleven seconds after the explosion occurred, the image was captured. The description and additional notes pertaining to the image have code numbers 1196 and ISSUED H NOTES 1196, respectively.
